Tickets are only made available 180 days in advance. Tour dates that do not fall within the ticket availability date will be held and place in queue to be processed in the order in which they were received as tickets for later dates become available. 

 

All sales are final. We do not compensate for late arrivals or no-shows. Access may be restricted, altered or cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Reservations are valid only for the specified tour, date and time. Monument pass has no monetary value and is not transferable. 

 

Please arrive at your departure point approximately one hour in advance of your scheduled tour time to clear National Park Security for visitors taking monument tours and to allow ample time for ferry boarding as it is on a first come, first served basis. 

 

Visitors must be able to ascend 24 steps to reach observatory level for monument passes. Backpacks, packages, bags and strollers are not permitted inside the monument. Lockers are available on Liberty Island.

IMPORTANT ORDERING AND REFUND INFORMATION

 

provide a reserve and purchase service of the tickets. The price includes a management fee of 7$ in Grounds Ticket and 9$ in Pedestal Ticket . Your order authorizes us to purchase the tickets in your name. The purchase total at checkout includes all fees and charges.

 

All Tickets bought at statueoflibertytickets.org are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the time of your visit or tour. You can send an email to

Ticket confirmations are sent generally within a couple of hours, but can take up to 12 hours. 

You must show the printed tickets before boarding the cruise. If you have not the printed tickets you could not visit the Statue of Liberty.

 

Your order is not confirmed untill you have received a second email from us with all your information, confirmation number and E-tickets.

 

Your order does not guarantee the availability of chosen reservation. Statue of Liberty reservations are often sold out well in advance for popular dates, or may not have enough room for a large party. If the places have been exhausted at the selected time an alternative date will be proposed. If the new date does not satisfy you we will refund the money.

 

No ferry ticket refunds for used or unused Reservations.

 

The first email states your tour and confirmed the credit card has been charged, the second email confirms that tickets were secured for you, and includes your E-tickets.
